Good morning all,

As I’m sure most of you are aware, the course was closed over the weekend and so the monthly medal was not played.
The latest news from the starters hut is that the course remains closed today and that there is a possibility that it will remain closed all week. There is a chance they may open it up but we will only know on a day by day basis and will probably get no advanced notice. This makes planning difficult but with the probability that even if open this weekend, it will not be in the best condition for a competition, we are making the following fixture changes.

MIDWEEK MEDAL – moved from this Wednesday 14th to WEDNESDAY 21ST

MONTHLY MEDAL – moved from last weekend to FRI/SAT/SUN – 23RD/24TH/25TH

SOUTHEND CUP QUALIFIER was provisionally booked for the above weekend and will now be rescheduled for FRI/SAT/SUN – 1ST/2ND/3RD MARCH

ROGER FOREMAN MATCH vs BELFAIRS – 24TH MARCH
Just a reminder that the sign up sheet is on the notice board for everyone that wants to play in this fixture. Captain Chris and Vice Nigel will be picking our team and reserves from this list.

CAPTAINS RACE DAY AT SANDOWN – SATURDAY 15TH JUNE
Seems a long way off but the uptake has been enthusiastic and there are currently only 4 places left ! So if you fancy a good fun day out and a bit of a flutter, get your names on the list in the club or contact Chris direct and let him know. A deposit is payable, Chris will give you all the info.
