Please see below the PROVISIONAlL Order of Play for Saturday.

No doubt there will be late withdrawal or people turning up who have not informed me of their intentions to play, or I have omitted them in error! Apologies in advance.

The groups may therefore alter accordingly at short notice.

Please be at the tee in plenty off time. The first groups are 3 Balls, so I anticipate that the tee may be clear in advance of your set time.

7.30 – Robinson, Scott, Montgomery.
7.40 – Jorge, Deal, Wyatt.
7.50 – Porter (Capt) Chapman, Joseph.
8.00 – S.Staples, Sanford, Walden
8.10 – A.Johnson, Fraser, Cooksley,Goddard
8.20 – Nash, M.Johnson, K.Johnson, Donovan
8.40 – Mechem, Clement, Ravinet, Seymour.
8.50 – Gray, Hammond, Pegrum, M.Jones
9.00 – M.Edmunds, L Burgess, Dickinson, McEwan.

I will sign in every player on arrival at the club and ensure that they are entered in the appropriate competitions. You will be informed of your appropriate Handicap.

On concluding your Round and after checking and signing your cards, please hand them to myself or Tony Howson. Your score once submitted will be put on the computer by one of us.

There will be a light lunch provided by the club both days. There is no cost or entry fee for this or the Club Championship Scratch/Handicap.

In accordance with directions from The County Handicap advisor this Competition over 2 Rounds will be set as a ‘non qualifiying Competition’

This is to prevent Handicaps being altered mid rounds and to avoid multiple scores being credited to your scoring record and corrupting your Handicap as in previous years since the inception of WHS.

At the conclusion of the days play an order of play for Sunday will be completed with the leaders at the end of the draw. If you do not intend to play on Sunday please make that clear on Saturday.

There are a number of members playing on Sunday who are not entered in the Club Championships. A decision will be made in due course whether they will go out before or after Competition on Sunday.

The Trophies for The Champion Golfer and Club Championship Handicap Winners will be presented by The Captain after golf has concluded on Sunday.
