Last Weekend we played The July Medal.

Division 1 was hotly contested with 1 shot separating the top 4, 3 of which were playing off 14 Handicap.

The Winner after a card play-off was Daryl Mechem 82 – 14=68 from the Runner-Up Clive Jones 82-14=68. Andy Scott and Dave Seymour filled the 3rd and 4th places after another card play-off with Net 69’s. Congratulations Daryl and well played All.

Division 2 was smashed by Craig Deal with an impressive 84-21=63 from the Runner-Up Nick ‘The speech’ Chapman, 87-20=67. Well played both of you!

Birdie Balls were won by Dave Seymour on 1st and Paul Eley on 10th. Well played.

Next Weekend is The Club Championships. Normal Tee times with added slots. There will be a light lunch buffet after both days golf.

I will send out an order of play in the next day or two. 28 players have confirmed entry. several have notified me they are playing only one day as non entrants. Those who have messaged me or told me in person that they are attending will take priority. So if you wish to play let me know ASAP. Thanks.

Finally, my apologies for not posting earlier!

Congratulations to Iain McEwan and Gary Fraser belatedly on Winning the epic Winter Four Ball Final a couple of weeks ago after several extra holes. Well played both of you and commiserations to the beaten finalists Bob Leek and Colin Jarman.
