Hello All

This Weekend we will play the April Monthly Medal. The usual fee and entry conditions will apply.

A reminder that on Sunday 23rd from 1.30pm there will be a celebration of the life of Brian Hull at the Paul Pry Public House in Rayleigh. The Captain and myself will be attending to represent our Club. All who knew Brian are welcome and I am sure that Brian’s family will be pleased to see you if you wish to attend.

There needs to be bulk orders to get the appropriate discounts etc. I am under the impression despite several emails with the Callaway link that no or few orders have been made.

Spring Shield Entries:

There has been a great response with 12 Pairs already entered. The list will close Weekend ending 30th April.

The Final for those who Qualify is Sunday 16th July hosted by Belfairs. If you are unavailable for the Final you will be replaced by the next Pair in the Order of finishing.

CLARIFICATION – This is a Greensome’s Competition.Alternate shots after selecting second shot after both drives. As per Roger Foreman Format.

Knock Out Competitions:

All outstanding 1st Round Matches of Veterans Will be played by 30th April unless an extension has been granted. All outstanding Sportsman 2nd Round Matches will be played by 7th May unless an extension has been granted.

Thank you to all who have arranged and played Matches. I am aware that some Matches have been arranged for next few weeks.

Finally good luck and play well to All of you who are representing our great Club in the coming days in The Daily Mail Team event and The Norman Plum v West Essex.
