Hello All. A message from Lee your Captain.

“Gents, even though we are all disappointed with the result of yesterdays Roger Foreman Match I would like to thank every single one of you for trying so hard to retain the Trophy,

The weather was terrible, but once again you all showed what SGC means to you all and as Captain I cannot thank you enough.

It was my decision to share the Point in the Match where Frank slipped over and hurt his knee. I know I could have claimed the Point , but would like to think that if it happened to anyone on our side that Belfairs would do exactly the same thing.

I would like to thank Chris Snell for all his hard work in assisting me, especially when we had to change a few pairings around at short notice and also carrying me in our Match as I played terrible!

I would also like to thank Keeley and my wife Denise for cooking the bacon rolls in the morning. Also Colin Wyatt, Robbo and everyone else who helped yesterday. If I have not mentioned you personally then please accept my apologies I would like to thank Andy for sampling the Brandy before 7.30am yesterday!

Once again gentleman, thank you all so much.
