Last Weekend We played The February Monthly Medal. Both Divisions were closely contested and resulted in Card Play-0ff’s to decide The Winners.

Division 1 Winner with 76-10=66 was Iain McEwan Runner Up 80-14=66 was Nigel Hammond. Well played both of you and congratulations Iain.

Division 2 was Won by Adam Johnson 96-26-70
Runner Up Craig Deal 99-20=70.
Well done Adam.

A reminder that there are lists up in the Club for both The Captains Away Day on Thursday 6th April at Foresters Park. Plus The Roger Foreman Match v Belfairs, on Sunday 26th March.There is an absence of names on both lists.

Please support the Captain and your Club in both events. If you wish to play or are available put your names down in order that in respect of the Belfairs Match a strong Team can be selected.

If you are unable to get to the Club and wish to be added to the lists please let me know.

You may be aware that the Council have recently voted to bring in parking charges in and around all public parks including the golf course at Belfairs. The views of the Club are being represented to the Media and Council by The Committee. The scale of charges and when these charges are to be introduced is yet not known. I will let you know when more information becomes available.

March Dates:

10th-12th = Golden Day Trophy
15th – March = Midweek Medal
17-19th = March Monthly Medal
26th = Roger Foreman v Belfairs (Away)

The Draw has been made for The Veterans Trophy. I will
send it out on a separate email in due course.
