Hello All

This Weekend we are playing The February Monthly Medal. Play from The Back Mats, Blue Tees. £3.00 Entry fee, Birdie Balls on Par 3 Holes only.

The outstanding Sportsman Matches that have not been granted an extension for good reason will be decided after this coming Weekend by myself.

The List is now Closed for The Veterans Trophy. The Draw will be conducted by The Captain and myself over the coming Weekend. Any Fees not paid over this weekend will result in the players being removed from the Draw and opponents put through to the next Round.

Top Meadow Outing:

Last Wednesday 27 of us enjoyed a great day out at Top Meadow GC. The course was in good condition and we were well looked after. Thank you to Paul Eley for organising.

A return visit is on the cards in August I am told.

The golf was Won by Mark Critcher with 42 Points on his Maiden Competition having joined the Club last year but due to an injury been unable to play golf! Runner Up was Kevin Verner with 41 Points. Well played to both of you.

The day was enhanced with yet another Hole in One on the 174 yard 11th Hole by Dan Staples,using an 8 Iron,having
only recently achieving a Hole in One at Belfairs! Congratulations and very well done Dan.

Today we played The February Midweek Medal. The Winner was Chris Snell with a Net 67 from the Runner Up Paul Eley -Net 69. Well played and congratulations Chris!

Birdie Balls were won by Peter Robinson with a 2 on the 1st. The Captain Lee Porter provided a decent bottle of Rioja for the nearest the Pin on the 10th which was won by Roger Davies. Well done to you both.

The Result has been published on Howdidido and will be displayed at the Club in due course.
