Hello All

Last Friday saw 22 Members and guest attend The Captains Autumn outing playing for the M Hardiman Trophy at Stapleford Abbotts GC.

Thank you Captain Nick Chapman for organising a very enjoyable day out, with great prizes and food. The course was in good condition which contributed to the enjoyment of the day.

Congratulations to the Winner Kevin Verner with 41 points on count back from the Runner Up Colin Fulker also on 41 points! Well played to you both.

Nearest the Pin Prizes were won by Chris Snell and Craig Deal! Excellent Tee shots….

A few pound notes also changed hands which also promoted the success of the day!

This Weekend we played The Tiger Trophy.

18 took part and the Winner with an impressive 86-20-66 was Garrrrrry Fraser. Runner Up was Daryl Mecham, 83-14-69. Well done Gary and Daryl.

Birdie balls were Won by Lewis Burgess with a 2 on the 1st. Well done.

Full results for Tiger Trophy can be found on Howdidido and as with the M Hardiman Trophy will be displayed at the Club in due course.

There is No Club Competition this coming Weekend, so please amuse yourselves by taking money off Robbo or playing outstanding Matches!

The list is up for the Roger Foreman Match v Belfairs which will be played off Yellow Mats on Sunday 30th October. List coming down in good time for Captain and Vice to select the Winning Team.

Please Note Preferred Lies and Winter Rules will Apply from Friday 30th September.

21st-23rd October- Foreman Cup. Par/Bogey competition (Major)

30th October- Roger Foreman Home v Belfairs.

December 2nd – Dinner and Dance at Chalkwell Rooms Christmas Dinner and live music. More details to follow.
