Last Weekend we saw a fantastic turnout of 17 Pairs for the Spring Shield and Kindred Final Qualifier, to be played at Boyce Hill Golf Club on Sunday 18th September.

The Winners and Qualifiers:

Reserve: S Ferguson/P Kreyling 39 Points

The Qualifiers will represent the Club in the Final. Club ties and shirts where required are available on request for purchase!

This coming Weekend we will be playing The June Monthly Medal. £3.00 entry fee. Play from White Tees. Birdie balls on Par 3 holes only. Please sign in and enter scores on computer on completing your Round.

Saturday 25th July is The Presidents Party and Golf day.

The Presidents Trophy will be played over that Weekend. Stableford play from White Tees £2.00 entry.

Competitions:

Please play outstanding Matches as soon as Possible.

Due to extensions the cut off date for The Summer 4 Ball second Round Matches will be Sunday 10th July.

All outstanding Southend Cup last 8 Matches will be played by 3rd July.

Matches that have not progressed will be scratched. I will decide if anyone goes through based on efforts to arrange.

Please Note due to Fixture congestion the July Monthly Medal is postponed and in its place we will be playing The Henry Cotton Qualifier.

This is a Honour Board Competition where those Qualifying will proceed to a Knockout Competition.

Changing Room: The Committee would be grateful if you would remove your used clothing that is discarded in the changing room. It is not pleasant to sit amongst others discarded sweaty socks, shirts etc. All clothing found will be placed in the bin. Please do not store your golf equipment in the shower and store area.
