Spooner Wins the day!

Last Weekend we played for the Stableford Trophy. 23 entered and submitted cards and £46.00 was collected.

The Winner with 39 Points was Ian Spooner on count back from Terry Burgess and Malcolm Brennan. Congratulations Ian and well played. Full results will be posted in the Club and are available on Howdidido along with your up to date Handicap Indexes.

This coming Weekend will be The May cash Roll Up. £3.00 entry. Play from White Tees. Cash prizes for Winner and best front and back 9’s. Please Sign in and enter your scores on the PSI.

This coming Wednesday will be the Wednesday Wanderers May Midweek Medal. All welcome. £3.00 entry (Goes towards OOM Prizes etc) Play from White Tees. Sign in and enter your scores on completion. We will try to extricate the Trophy from Tony Howson!!

I can confirm that casual rounds at Belfairs can now be registered and entered on the Howdidido App. If you do encounter a problem take an image of your card and send it to me to input.

The Team pairings for the Belfairs Match will be published by the Captain Tony Crispin in due course.

Date for your Diary – Friday 16th July. Vice Captain Nick Chapman is proposing a day of golf followed by food and enjoyment at the Club. Further details in due course.

I am pleased to report that the EPOS cashless till is now fully operational. Please feel free to activate your cards and load money on them to spend on alcohol at the Club. If you have lost or not been issued with a swipe card please speak to Dave who will issue you with a card which will be assigned to you to use. Many thanks to Kevin Verner who has worked hard to sort out the technical issues with suppliers.

Thanks to you all for the standard of cards submitted to date and the vast majority of you who are entering scores on the changing room screen. Makes life a lot easier.
