Last Weekend we hosted our first Club Competition for nearly five Months. It was great to see you all back at the club.

21 Members took part and £60.00 was collected. Nothing changes there then?

Congratulations to Jamie Montgomery, the Winner with an impressive 39 Points. The Front 9 was won by Andy Scott with 19 Points, Back 9 Winner was Alistair Fisher with 23 Points! Well played all of you. Your cash Prizes will be deposited behind the bar.

I am still exploring how to attach the result to these News Letters so please bear with me!

This Weekend we will be playing for the April Monthly Medal.

Please Sign in on PSI or remotely. If you are comfortable using the PSI please enter your scores on completing your Round. Play from the White Tees. £3.00 Entry, Birdie balls for Par 3 Holes.

As most of you are aware the Roger Foreman Away Match has been rearranged for Sunday 16th May. The Captain has put up a NEW list for those who wish to play. Please ensure that you either get your name on the list or contact Tony direct to confirm your intent or otherwise to play.

Marking of Competition Cards. Whilst we all get used to the WHS system of calculating Course and Playing Handicaps, please enter your Gross scores on cards. The Computer should automatically calculate your Playing Handicap when you sign in and when entering your score.

A reminder that Covid 19 Rules apply. You can mark your own card and verbally agree outcomes. You can submit an image of your card. It need not be signed by another. Do not touch or remove Pins other then holding straight with a club.

The Local Rule regarding Abnormal Course Conditions will apply to this weeks Competition and will be clearly posted in the changing room. As a result of a helpful suggestion from Iain I am in the process of ordering a large Course Handicap Conversion Poster for inside the Club.

Wednesday and Friday Club Tee times remain unaltered 7.30- 8.30 am A Draw will be conducted before play. Please arrive at the Club in plenty of time. Please pay attention to the draw so that you are in no doubt as to your group! All Members are welcome.
