Please find attached the result of last weekends Competition August Cash Roll-Up.

18 players competed over the weekend and the Winner with 42 Points was Ali Fisher.

Nick Chapman and Gary Fraser won the best Front and Back 9’s with 22 and 21 points Respectively. Congratulations and well played to you all. Special mention to Terry Burgess Who’s 40 points won him nothing but a Handicap reduction. Well played Terry!

This coming Weekend we will be playing The Founders Cup. This is a Medal Competition Played off the White Tee Posts. £3.00 entry Birdie Balls on par 3 holes only. Please ensure That players names and scores are clearly marked on cards when submitted.

Players who wish to play in the Club Competition on Sunday must play off White Tee posts And with others playing in same Competition. Those playing in Quality Street Roll-Up have Indicated last week that they will be playing pick and place therefore a casual round, non Qualifying (Handicap not affected)

I have now the cards for Captains Day and will input All the scores and publish as soon as Possible.

Upcoming events
A reminder that the lists are up on the board in the Club for those interested in playing in The Captains Away Day at Benton Hall on Friday 25th September and the Roger Foreman Match v Belfairs on Sunday 25th October.

For those who have expressed concerns about social distancing around the Roger Foreman Match, be assured that the event will be risk assessed and necessary arrangements will be Put in place By both clubs to ensure that these concerns are addressed.

A reminder to all those going on the trip to Wensum Valley that outstanding payment is now coming due and to please note the recent email from Colin Wyatt in respect of his banking details etc.

Masks in Starters Hut
Please make an effort in wearing a mask if you need to enter the hut for any reason. Also Remember only one person at a time inside. Thanks for your efforts to comply with this request.

Please continue Maintaining your social distancing whilst in and around the Club. If feeling Unwell please do not attend the club in order to protect our more vulnerable members.

I have had many enquiring about Dave Seymour, who came off the course last weekend. I and others have spoken with Dave, who is well at home and undergoing further investigations. We all wish Dave a quick return to action as soon as he feels able.
