Hello All

Please find attached the results of last weekends Competition. This was The Autumn Shield a Pairs Better ball Stableford Competition.

14 Pairs competed and cards were completed. £52.00 was collected, £4.00 short. Several envelopes had no names thereon, so not possible to establish the pair light. Please put your names on envelopes.

The Winners with 44 Points were Dave Seymour and Paul Gray, both resplendent in Identical outfits! Congratulations and well played. The Runners up with 43 Points were Colin Wyatt and Bob Leek.

Next Sunday we will be playing for the Gold Medal. This is open to all winners of either a Monthly Medal or Midweek Medal from November 2018 to date. The Qualifiers list is up at the club. If you feel you should be on it and are not then please contact me.

All others may enter The Silver Medal. Both competitions are £3.00 entry. Birdie balls on par 3 Holes only. Please sign in and enter scores on PSI. 18 Holes, Medal, play off White Tees.

This Thursday is Captains Away Day at Romford. 11am meet, !pm first tee time. I hope You have a great day.

Thanks to those who played matches over the past weekend. We are now in latter stages Of most competitions. Preferred lies / Winter Rules commences 1st October. Who knows When Matts will commence. Early last year. I will try and find out this week. All Competitions Will finish, where possible, before Matts come in to play.

‘King of Match Play’ Bob Leek is going on a well deserved Holiday for two weeks, so as he is still Involved in most competitions please arrange Matches with him ASAP on his return!
