Please find attached the results of last weekends Competition The Ravenswood Trophy.

12 Teams were entered, £48.00 was collected.

The Winners with 43 Points were Steve Fuller and Dave Payne.
Runners Up with 42 Points were Andy Scott and Roy George on countback from Kevin Verner and Dave Grimble.

Congratulations and well played to you all. Surely Roy will triumph soon after so many near misses Since re-joining the club!! Maybe lessons from Match play Maestro Bob Leek are in order?

This weekend we will be playing the re-arranged August Monthly Medal. £3.00 entry fee, White tees, Birdie balls on Par 3 Holes. Please sign in and enter scores on PSI when completed.

If you are free this coming Wednesday morning we will be playing an 18 Hole Stableford Competition with ‘Midweek’ Merit points and prizes up for grabs, followed by a complimentary light Ploughman’s lunch and bar to celebrate with me a significant Birthday. All are welcome.

Thank you to all who played outstanding matches over the weekend and those who have informed me of arranged dates. All Competitions will have cut off dates displayed by the weekend.

Reminder – The list for the Club Championship’s is up and running. Please enter your name if You are playing so that catering can be arranged. SUNDAY 11th AUGUST.

Saturday 17th August is Captains Day. 11.08am First Tee Time. Bacon Rolls in clubhouse, Golf Followed by Chilli/Curry. If you have not done so put your name on the list.
