Hi all hope you all well.

Please find attached the results of the Biceno Trophy which was played at The Essex GCC on Friday. 17 members competed on a tough course in difficult conditions. Playing CSS of 73.

The Winner with 35 Points was Nick Chapman, very well played.
2nd was Jarrod Joseph with 34 points from Dave Seymour in 3rd with 33 points.

An enjoyable day was livened up by Ian Spooner giving an impromptu display of stunt Buggy driving, fishtailing into sleepers and then exiting said buggy like a human cannonball stage left, completing at least half a dozen full rolls across the front of the fifth green! To his credit a shaken but not stirred Ian insisted on carrying on, although the buggy did not! Thankfully Ian is none the worse and is looking for someone to share a buggy at the next away day?

The Roger Foreman match details for next Sunday 14th April are up in the club but will be sent out in a later email to you all.

Cash Prizes for last weekends roll up are behind the bar for Tony Crispin, Ian Southgate and Dave Seymour.

Coming up – This Wednesday 10th April is the April Midweek Medal. All welcome.
19-21st April Easter weekend is the April Monthly Medal.
26th – 28th April, Southend Cup Qualifying Competition.
