RESULTS

THE TURKEY TROT – Fri/Sat/Sun – 19th/20th/21st December
We had a good turn out of 23 players for the Turkey Trot.
The outright winner, playing off a 4 handicap was Dan Clement with 38 points. Brett Kilgour took second prize with 36 points, narrowly beating Pete Robinson, also on 36 points. Daryl Mechem, Chris Read and Ali Fisher came in 4th, 5th and 6th respectively to mop up the remaining merit points.
Prize monies for the winner and runner up have been added to your bar cards, well done both.
One sleeve of birdie balls was won by Nigel Hammond on the 15th.

UPCOMING JANUARY FIXTURES
Colin Jarman takes over as competition secretary from 1st January and will be your main point of contact for handicap / competition queries. I will remain on the handicap committee and assist him in any way I can. I know he will do a great job and I wish him well. He’s already prepared Januarys competitions which are now available on HowdidiDo.

FRI/SAT/SUN – 16th/17th/18th Jan – The Stableford Trophy – Blue back mats
WEDNESDAY –  21st Jan – January Midweek Medal – Green front mats
FRI/SAT/SUN – 30th/31st/1st – The Winter Medal Round – Blue back mats.
The website diary also has February’s fixtures so far.
