Bacon rolls should be ready from 7.00am and there will be refreshments after the golf.
This is a concession event and the green fee will only be £15.00.
The Starters will have a list of both teams and Joan from Belfairs has kindly offered to do the handicaps. These will be made available on the day if not earlier. For those not familiar with the greensomes format, your pairs handicap will comprise 60% of the lowest playing handicap of the pair and 40% of the higher. These may seem a little lower this weekend as the match is off the front mats, (green tee set)
Best of luck to all those playing.

IMPORTANT – RULES OF COMPETITION AMENDMENT
As per our “Terms of Entry” to club competitions I am informing you of an amendment that comes in to effect immediately.
We expect all entrants to club competitions to play from the club tee times that we worked so hard to secure, namely 7.30am Wednesdays, 7.30am Fridays, 7.30am Saturdays and 8.30am on Sundays.
If anyone has reason to play AFTER the end of our tee times they MUST first seek approval in advance and MUST have a minimum of three players, preferably four.
This minor adjustment has been approved by and has the full support of Essex Golf Union.
The set of rules on the notice board in the club will be updated as soon as possible.

That’s all for now, enjoy your golf !

Tony
