Wednesday 3rd – Midweek Medal – Yellow Tees
Despite the wet weather we managed to get the medal played. Pete Robinson won the day with gross 78 – net 69. Dave Seymour came second with a gross 86 – net 75 and Colin Fulker third with 100 – net 76. Dave Payne collected the remaining merit points.

Wednesday 10th Sept – Captain’s Autumn Away Day Playing for The Hardiman Trophy – Three Rivers Golf Club
The Captain thanks all those that attended and reported very enjoyable day.

This year’s winner of the Hardiman Trophy was Clive Jones with a very impressive 39 points on an away course. Runner up was Jules, also a good score of 35 points. Colin Wyatt just pipped Phil Sanford for third place on countback with 29 points. Mick Edmunds and Brett Kilgour collected the remaining merit points.

Nearest the pin prizes went to Clive on the 9th and Mick on the 15th.

Congratulations and well played to all the winners!

This weekend – Fri/Sat/Sun – 12th,13th,14th September – Monthly Medal
White tees as usual. Last chance to qualify for this year’s Gold Medal on the 27th.

Wednesday 17th September – Midweek Stableford
Playing for The Ravenswood Trophy – Yellow Tees

Saturday 27th September – Gold & Silver Medal Day

The sign up sheet is still up for this. Everyone can play but we need to assess numbers for tee times so please add your names. You don’t need to specify Gold or Silver. We will sort that out when the draw is done. This is one of our concession fixtures so only £15.00 green fee.

A while off but the sign up sheet is now on the notice board. If you want to be considered for the team there is plenty of opportunity to get your name down.
